This farm fresh cow's milk cheese is made from 100 percent Ayrshire milk delivered directly by our friends at Hancock Farm in neighboring Barre. It's made in the same simple manner as our chevre and is just as creamy and delicious, but without the goaty bite. Wonderful on toast or bagels with coffee in the morning, as well as on crackers and cocktails a little later in the day. It can also substitute for cream cheese in any favorite recipe. |
