  
Our Feta Capri is made the old world way with whole goat milk and is lightly pressed before being hand salted, and then submerged in brine for 4 to 6 weeks. The resultant cheese is creamy, yet crumbly with a tangy, salty bite, which provides a perfect complement to garden salads and fresh fruit. A feta compli, so to speak.
