These 8-ounce logs come either wrapped in easy-open plastic wrap or life-extending cryovac packaging. If ordering plastic wrap, please note there is a shelf life of about two weeks, and the product should be frozen for longer storage. The cryovac adds some six weeks to its refrigerated shelf life, and can be frozen as well, but is more cumbersome to open. The choice is yours. |
