  
Just down the road in Hardwick, Pam and Ray Robinson have just completed the arduous task of having their farm and herd of Holsteins certified as Organic, and have turned most of their milk into several delicous all-organic, raw milk cheeses of European styles. We have chosen two of them, Tekenink Tomme and A Barndance to offer. We hope you enjoy them as much as we do.
