From time to time we make too much of a particular item, usually one of our surface ripened cheeses. Also, from time to time, our Hubbardston Blues are too soft and runny for sale through stores, even though they are at the peak of flavor. For many people, this webmaster included, the "Hubbs" are just perfect at that stage. Here is where we will sell these items at deep discount.
