  
Just down the road from us in Winchendon is Otter River Farm, where Dave and Carol Smith milk 150 or so Holsteins and turn out excellent Gouda and Cheddar cheeses. (It is from this herd’s milk that we make our Hubbardston Blue Cow and Capri Camembert Cow.) We’ve selected three of our favorite cheeses from Smith’s Country Cheese for you to mix and match with ours: Baby Gouda, Smoked Gouda and Sharp Cheddar.
